Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return under the following conditions.

15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in good condition.

  • Include all original accessories.

  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Not show signs of misuse, abuse, or damage caused by the customer.

30-Day Unopened Product Guarantee

If the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, we will accept returns for up to 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Products that have been opened or used after the initial 15-day return period are not eligible for return unless they are defective or otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns based on change of mind or customer preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable or consumable goods.

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Any items that cannot legally be returned for hygiene or safety reasons where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Where applicable law provides a legal right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase, you may exercise those rights within the legally required time period, subject to the applicable conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is the result of our error, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
